How do I create a message "rule" to filter spam in Outlook 2013
When our spam filter tags a message as spam, it adds text to the subject line to make it easier to create a message rule to automatically move those messages to a folder or to the trash.
Outlook 2013 makes it easy to create a rule to filter out messages with specific words in the subject line. There are a few different ways to create a rule. This is one of the easier ways:

- Make sure you're in your Inbox in Outlook
- Click on the "Home" tab at the top of the window
- Click on the "Rules" button and select "Create Rule"
- Check the "Subject Contains" checkbox and type !!!!! SPAM-DETECTED !!!!! in the text area
- Under "Do the following" check "Move the item to folder:" and click the "Select Folder" button and select the Junk or Trash folder.
- Click "OK"
- If a pop-up box asks if you want to run the rul now, say yes, and check the checkbox that says Run this rule now on messages already in the current folder.
- Click "OK"
