Webmail - Viewing Email Headers
Viewing headers is useful for troubleshooting issues such as email delays, spam, viruses, and abuse issues.
1. Display the message and then click Toggle Raw Message Headers.
A window appears that contains the Internet headers as well as the content of the email message. If the email was sent as HTML you will also see the HTML source of the message.
If you're experiencing issues with email, our technical staff may ask you to provide the Internet headers of the message. Once you have the screen above, you can copy and paste this information into an email or support ticket and forward it to our technical support.
